A Luxury Bridal Experience

What do you get when you have a co-hosting duo of an oh-so-awesome wedding & event designer and planner, a fantastic bridal beauty enhancer and her fabulous studio, mixed with an amazing florist and decorator, extravagant balloon art decor, the latest and greatest interactive photo booth, a mouth-watering menu, signature cocktails flowing, delectable sweet treats, luxurious event branding, newly engaged couples looking to experience this intimate setting, and some of the best industry photography and cinematography to capture it all? It’s called “The Bridal Brunch“…a luxury bridal experience.

Paper&More Creations had an opportunity to showcase our talents for this amazing event. We also had a chance to interview founder of The Bridal Brunch and co-host, Brittany Bell of Brittany B Events, about her vision and the future of The Bridal Brunch.

“I wanted something different than the typical bridal show scene…”

I must say, when you hear the word “brunch” you know you’re about to have a great time. Good food, plus great cocktails, plus excited guests, equals an awesome experience. That’s exactly how Brittany Bell envisioned the intimate event. We asked her what sparked her desire to create such an event. “Thank you!!” she replied. “I took about a year and a half hiatus, so I wanted to host an event to reintroduce myself and celebrate coming back into the wedding and event world. I also wanted something different than the typical bridal show scene, so that’s how The Bridal Brunch came about.”

PMC had an opportunity to create custom designs for The Bridal Brunch…from the event branding and social media graphics…we also showcased some of our luxury wedding and event designs. We asked Brittany what were some of the key focal points for The Bridal Brunch’s inspiration, and how was that inspiration incorporated into the actual event design. “I knew above all else, I wanted it to be full of color. Bright magenta, emerald green. I wanted to showcase beautiful decor and show brides that color could work for them.”, Brittany stated. That’s exactly what The Bridal Brunch guests experienced. The luxurious mirror gold custom acrylic menus and cocktail stirrers were complimented by the elegant, yet bold cocktail napkins poppin’ in magenta, and the custom swag bags, with their luxurious emerald green satin ribbon and mirror gold acrylic gift tags…and let’s not forget to mention the floral and decor had pops of color, accenting the gold-backed chairs, and the floral-enhanced chandelier and suspended golden picture frames drew each guest’s eyes towards the ceiling as they entered into the event space.

I definitely plan to grow and expand…”

Speaking of guests, we asked Brittany about advertising and marketing The Bridal Brunch to the newly engaged couples in the city for an intimate experience, and if there was a vision to increase in size or remain focused on the intimate experience. “I definitely plan to grow and expand the next event, but I still want it to feel intimate so that my couples feel welcomed and can still connect with vendors at the event.”, she explained.

When asked what were some of the key qualities looked for when making vendor selections for The Bridal Brunch, Brittany explained that she had worked with most of the vendors so it was an easy decision. “Every single vendor went above and beyond. It was truly a team effort!” as she credited the event’s team.

As a vendor of this event, PMC was able to witness, first-hand, how each vendor was able to interact and connect with the couples and guests one-on-one, as well as network with each other. It ultimately was an awesome experience.

Did someone say giveaway winners?

Oh yeah, the giveaways at The Bridal Brunch were a hit as well! They definitely were a treat for the winners. Elevated gifting and custom illustrations were just the start for The Bridal Brunch guests.

“…stay tuned.”

Lastly, we asked Brittany what does the future hold for Brittany B Events and The Bridal Brunch. She explained, “I pray that God will continue to expand my businesses and my brands. I want to keep planning and designing events here in Alabama and all over. As for The Bridal Brunch…stay tuned.”

As I try to wrap up what was a successful inaugural installment of The Bridal Brunch by Brittany B Events, I enjoyed every minute…from beginning to end. The opportunity to create for an amazing event designer that understands the value of event branding and stationery, and how it really sets the tone for an event…to the process of creating to compliment the vision. Connecting with the guests was the ultimate experience. Loved, loved, loved it!!! And as always, networking with amazing vendors to make this event a success, is an A+ in PMC’s book.

If you are engaged, and didn’t get to experience The Bridal Brunch, I hope you’ve been able to visualize just a glimpse of the experience through PMC’s eyes. All of the vendors brought their A-game, and guests came early and stayed until the end…they didn’t want to miss a minute of this event.
