…before Paper&More Creations was a thing…
As I look back at all of the designs I created for family and friends, with such enjoyment, I knew that eventually it would lead to something fulfilling. As I look back at how my creations brought smiles, joy, and happiness to those family and friends…and those who reached out because they saw my creations for their co-workers or their family members…before Paper&More Creations became a brand that would make an impact (whether big or small) in the stationery industry, I knew that my gift had a purpose.
…passion for creating elegant, timeless, and eye-catching designs…
Paper&More Creations, aka “PMC”, was birthed (November 2015) from a passion for creating elegant, timeless, and eye-catching designs, with our couples in mind. It is about them. PMC is here to bring their vision to life, with as much creative freedom allowed.
Today, PMC presents to you, “PMC Real Couples”, an on-going and ever evolving blog series, sharing how our wedding stationery designs help set the tone for our couples’ wedding celebrations.

So, first up on the scene is the Franklin-Cleveland Wedding. Date: May 28, 2016…Location: Birmingham, Alabama. LaTeydra + Kyle met through mutual friends on one of LaTeydra’s many weekend visits to hang with her best friend Latoya, and their girl friends at the University of Alabama. After a few hang outs among mutual friends, and finally getting to know each other more, they eventually began dating and the rest was history. Their love grew stronger, they were blessed with a beautiful daughter, Kyla (THE main inspiration behind Paper&More Creations), and they became a union. You may have seen a few of their photos associated with PMC via our social media and website, but that’s because they hold a special place in my heart. My sister, LaTeydra, and her then fiance’ put their trust in PMC to create and execute their stationery vision. Pictured above was their save the date design, which was a magnet announcing to family and friends to clear their calendars in order to head to the town best known as the Magic City, for a celebration of union, love and happiness. Their engagement photos in the save the date design were taken by Elle Danielle Photography.
…simple elegance, with a touch of glitz…
As LaTeydra continued the process, planning with Jillian Smith, of OneTouch Events, their color palette was determined, invitation style was chosen, and day of stationery ideas began to flow. LaTeydra + Kyle wanted simple elegance, with a touch of glitz. They chose coral and champagne to set the mood of elegant vibrancy. Remember our previous blog post about the 2019 Pantone Color of the Year, Living Coral? Well, even before 2019, the color, coral, was making its way into wedding color palettes. Let’s take a look at how their color palette was used to achieve their elegant, yet vibrant wedding day.

Aren’t these flower girls just adorable? LaTeyedra + Kyle incorporated their color palette into the wedding party’s attire and florals. The bridal party’s bouquets are absolutely gorgeous, and their dresses speak elegance. The guys are giving “Classic Man” vibes, right? The bride, STUNNING!

…dance floor enjoying the sounds…
LaTeydra + Kyle had a vision of simple elegant vibrancy for their wedding celebration…and that’s what they received. Guests were on the dance floor enjoying the sounds from the DJ. Great conversations were going, filled with lots of smiles and laughter. The uplighting, with the light coral hue, also set the romantic, yet vibrant ambiance for the evening.

…let’s face it…they should enjoy it to the fullest…
LaTeydra + Kyle chose some amazing vendors to execute an amazing wedding day. From planning to lighting, all of their vendors understood the vision the couple desired to have for their special day. Needless to say, the couple enjoyed their wedding day. Let’s be honest, the celebration is about them, and they should enjoy it to the fullest, and I’m glad Paper&More Creations was able to help set the tone they desired for their day.
Hope you’ve enjoyed our first installment of the “PMC Real Couples” series. Check out LaTeydra + Kyle’s vendors list for more information on their services.
